Serious Laughter Yoga is keen to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and we have assessed all our data handling processes.

Serious Laughter Yoga have requested all our registered contacts to kindly complete our subscription form in order to consent to receiving our news and allow for us to store your information.
Information will be kept in two places only, online on MailChimp which is our choice of solution for our newsletter and general information distribution, and with a backup on a password protected hard drive.

As a Serious Laughter Yoga customer your details are stored on our system for booking and invoicing purposes and only for as long as is required by UK law.
We keep your photo consent which you may withdraw at any time in writing by email to seriouslaughterinfo@gmail.com. However, you must acknowledge that images that have been used with your consent may still be in circulation and may not be withdrawn. Images we use on our websites have no personal name references.
Sharing your information
Serious Laughter Yoga have a strict policy regarding sharing of data and your information has not and will not be shared with any other parties. In the event that you let us know you wish for your information to be passed on to our partners you will receive instructions by email how to make contact with them.
