Sara lost her inner laughter for 20 years and then rediscovered the huge benefits of having a good belly laugh when she met a special friend in March 2014. It wasn’t until she discovered Laughter Exercises in March 2016, and later trained in October 2016, that it unleashed a positive life influence. Nowadays Sara practices laughter daily. At least once a day. The benefits she’s found have been powerful enough to help her cope with many stresses and life’s ups and down, along with increased health and immunity, and inner well-being.
